Ecofont has a saving of about 25% of printing ink in relation to other fonts and can be downloaded from the internet for free. The saving of ink is achieved by holes in the font, which are visible only when the font is enlarged over 24. Big companies are slowly switching to this font, which is in regard to the concept reduce, reuse and if all is done, recycle at the very end. Regional Environmental Center (REC) in the year 2000 has prepared a proposal for Toyota's Ecogrant for innovative multimedia educational package the Green Pack. The pilot project was first implemented in Poland and with further support from Toyota, the project was expanded to Hungary, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, parts of Russia, etc .
The aim of the Green Pack is to capacity building, transfer of knowledge and the promotion of education of sustainable development in Central and Eastern Europe. Green package is intended for all teachers in primary schools of fifth to eight grade (11-15 years of age), but is useful for all who want to learn more about environmental protection and how to be more Ecoistic.
Green Pack responds to practical questions such as 'How much does a European city of one million inhabitants produces or uses?'

Green Pack includes 22 topics related to environmental protection and sustainable development and includes :
Guide for teachers - which does not serve as instruction manual, but should encourage the imagination of teachers to organize classes.
CD - provides general information, explanations and solutions for problems and challanges, together with examples and what we can do on individual basis.
DVD - A collection of films including 30-40 video clips, educational and documentary films.
Dilemma Game - includes 22 case studies that encourages discussion with a number of problems, situations, solutions to problems, comments for good or bad choices, and so on. Passing through the game, teachers and students pass through different views and conflicts between economic development and environmental protection.
